Work Visa Information
Open Working Holiday Visas
Working holiday visas are issued to nationals from a handful of countries on an exchange basis. Some of these countries include: Japan, Germany, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Italy, South Korea, Norway, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Latvia. There are age restrictions on these visas and they are issued only once.
C-30 Visas
This is for programs that include both study and work components. Applicants will need both student and work authorizations. All of our programs using C-30 visas are a minimum of 32 weeks in duration and combine 50% study and 50% internship/work.
Student Work Abroad Visas
This visa is restricted to students and numbers are limited. Candidates will have to enroll
with a SWAP representative in their region, if eligible. Please check www.swap.ca for more
details on this program.
Young Workers Exchange Visas
This visa is only open to specific countries. A placement must be secured before applying for the visa and the employer cannot be changed. Some of the eligible countries include: Germany, Netherlands, Finland, Switzerland, France and Austria.
